The project is a redesign, reconstruction and modernization of an existing building, designed and built in the 1960s, which then served as a workers' dormitory.

The former function of the building has been restored in the context of modern requirements, needs and demand in the segment of residential areas, taking into account the social, economic and communication specifics of the area in which the building falls.
